Going to eat tons of Fruits and veggies, and going to cut out all my whites, starting at 195 ^ weight hopefully in the end 165 to 160. going to bike 30 minutes a day, walk 2 1/2 miles every other day, and swim as much as i can in the pool out back =P going to eat fish twice a week, and beef once a week. ^_ wish me luck. i figure with almost 2 -4 hours of physical activities a day it will just fall off. but i guess we will see. will post updates every 5 to 10 days.
