This is such an energy booster. It makes the body and mind refreshed and young. It really rejuvenates the body. I am going to do this at the lnch time after lunch. Its nice :-)
From today I am going to change some of the habits that i have been into and slowly and steadily i am going to change for lifetime for good.
today these are things i am going to do, i already had a cup of tea, so i will try to the most extent to stay awake and concentrate without caffeine. Then i will do two personal things that i have put off for a long time. I will also ensure that I do these things without fail from today
1. Take multivitamins, calcium and fish oil supplements daily twice a day
2. Eat only complex carbohydrates and vegetables and minimise fat during lunch and breakfast
3. Do deep breathing for atleast 10 mins in a day
4. Go to sleep not later than 10 clock
5. Do 15 mins of brisk walking
I think this is the start, lemme see how many of these i will be able to do today..
