I completed 4 weeks – I have not seen as much change as I would have liked but at least I finished the first 4 weeks (missing one day of exercise in week 2). Only 8 more to go. :)

How I did it
How I did it: I started by deciding to jog more than I walked. Then when jogging got easier I started jogging the whole time at whatever pace I could manage. As my cardio got better, my speed improved and now I actually enjoy jogging. Read how I did it…

Can't seem to stop...

This seems very hard to do – I get sucked in wanting to look up anything and I get distracted and before I know it, I have wasted so much time. Any ideas?

I finished reading two books by Marian Keyes. I love this author. I finished Rachel’s Holiday and Lucy Sullivan is Getting Married. Now I will get started on Last Chance Saloon.
