I completed 4 weeks – I have not seen as much change as I would have liked but at least I finished the first 4 weeks (missing one day of exercise in week 2). Only 8 more to go. :)

How I did it
How I did it: I started by deciding to jog more than I walked. Then when jogging got easier I started jogging the whole time at whatever pace I could manage. As my cardio got better, my speed improved and now I actually enjoy jogging. Read how I did it…
