I want to be content and appreciate what i have now…..and not expect more, I do realise that i work to live but its hard to decide that i dont live to work.BUT if i dont work then how do i live, even im confused now

I love my fridge and its contents, i just really need to stop eating everything thats in there !. When i put the weekly shopping in there I need to realise that it has to last 7 days and not eat it all within 3 days. Although it does seem like a survival course in my house as to who gets the last cheesecake or trifle :-)
