I have lost a total of 28 pounds since March of 09. I am running about 5 times a week and doing some cardio at least twice a week.

How I did it: Easy! You have to want to do it. It is all in the mind. I started out doing 3 to 5 at a time every 15 min. for about 45 min. that is about 9 to 15 pushups per day. i did this every day until I could do 20 correctly. Now I can do up to 22 at one time. How I did it: I was actually bored, I knew i needed to lose some weight to get healthy. I started out walking everyday in late Feb. of this year. I am running more actually 4 to 5 days a week. I run at least 3 to 4 miles a day. some times 6 miles a day if I run in the mornings before i go to work. I will run 3 in the morning and 3 in the evenings. This has helped me to lose the weight and keep it off. I know that I have to stay active so I chose to run. It is a great feeling and I am glad I have chosen to do it.
