I have lost a total of 28 pounds since March of 09. I am running about 5 times a week and doing some cardio at least twice a week.

I am running more actually 4 to 5 days a week. I run at least 3 to 4 miles a day. some times 6 miles a day if I run in the mornings before i go to work. I will run 3 in the morning and 3 in the evenings. This has helped me to lose the weight and keep it off. I know that I have to stay active so I chose to run. It is a great feeling and I am glad I have chosen to do it.
