I planted some seeds in pots and put them on my kitchen window sill. The little seedlings have started popping up and it’s exciting to watch how much progress they make each day. I’ve got chives, basil, parsley, marjoram, and savory. I also want to get oregano and rosemary soon. I can’t wait until they are big enough to eat!

How I did it: one step (or rung) at a time. one foot after the other. with a 40-pound pack (too much). ate yummy dehydrated stuff. with 4 wonderful friends. Read how I did it…
I never ate much meat, but I went 100% vegetarian about 3 weeks ago. I also stopped buying products on animals. It makes me feel amazing. I feel great knowing that no animals had to die simply for the pleasure of my tastebuds. I wish I had become vegetarian earlier. I have been discovering just how much vegetarian food is available at the grocery store and I don’t think I have ever eaten better in my life. If only everyone realized that killing animals is unnecessary, this would be a much better world.
I cut of 12 inches of my hair ans donated it it to Wigs for Kids. I hope that this is a good charity and that my hair was actually used to make a wig to be given to someone. I had long hair all my life and I needed a change. Now it is growing out (much faster than I thought!)
