Not going good…
Heavy rains , everything costs the sky and the moon. Have not had a single raw vegetable or fruit.

Nov 16th- nearly dead Cucumber

Figure out the B12 deficiency and sort it out
So many silly things to know about ones health 1 week ago

Five months ago, I had a major major bout of severe and excessive hair loss. yes stress was high but that could not account for the absurd loss of hair. Finally got blood tests in and it showed a slightly low hemoglobin, within acceptable limits.

Googled and came up with the suggestion that it may be due to a B12 deficiency. Long story short, I started getting b12 injections once every two weeks. The hair fall stopped within three weeks (as dramatically as it started).

I was fairly regular in getting the injections, once every couple of weeks. last one was five and half weeks ago. For the past four days, I have this itching,/tingling sensation on off that ahs been driving me up the proverbial wall. I have stopped all supplements, no soap,
using baby detergent, etc to ensure that it is not an allergic reaction. It seems to get the worst late in the evening/night.

Could it be B12 deficiency again? The problem with the blood test is takes a week to get the results. I can’t wait until then! I would scratch myself raw.

Nov 6th- tiny Hill Banana & a giganti chelping of Maanga Inji
Nov 7th- 1 Giant Guava
Nov 8th – 1 Medium Guava, 2 raw carrot salad
