Standing through it all

This is going to be hard since I know that just a year ago he was at that very spot with me. As of late I’ve been getting so tired of listening to my mom criticize my relationship with him just because it’s long distance. She had a long distance boyfriend and he ended up breaking her heart and because of that she thinks that automatically makes Tom a jerk and the same thing is going to happen to me. She doesn’t even know that I love him. How can I tell her when I know that she isn’t going to listen to me? Most days I feel as if I’m walking along in this. Like no one is on my side of things. It’s harder when it looks like you are the only one fighting.

looks like this goal is going to be completed. I just got a call from IU today saying that I was accepted into camp. I’m so excited to be going back!!!!!
