Chicken!

Is my last weakness…I cut out pork and red meat a few years ago. Never really liked seafood, so that wasn’t a problem. However, I still eat chicken and would like to stop. I need to learn to like more veggies! Beans and lentils would help too…they have a weird texture though!
Ultimately, I wouldn’t mind being vegan.

Classes start on the 1st! Not really sure what to expect! I’ve taken plenty of online courses, but somehow Thomas Edison feels different. I got my books last week! expensive! 3 books, $372 shipped. Reminds me, have to write a letter to my congressman about requiring schools to release ISBN #’s for books! ;)
