i’m trying to do too many things every day :(



run a 5k
stuck at 10-15 minutes

I’ve been trying to increase my running time on the treadmill gradually but I can’t seem to get past my max of 15 minutes – this is about 2k. don’t know how to get past my sticking point, argh! Suppose it just takes time, I couldn’t run for 30 seconds a few weeks ago…
