Living in Southern California, it’s not exactly easy to buy a place. Old condos go for half a million in my neighborhood.
My wife and I are really hoping though that in the next year, after saving up and working hard for years, we’ll be able to buy a home of our own. It doesn’t have to be fancy – but since it will be ours, it will be special.
