I ran my first 5k on Saturday & it was exhilirating! I couldn’t believe I did it – just because I’ve been saying I want to run a 5k for the longest time, but never actually set my mind to doing it. I ran the entire thing (which was my goal), so I’m thrilled. Do it – you will be proud of yourself! :)

Kickboxing lessons at a gym

I’ve taken numerous kickboxing classes at Gold’s Gym and the gym I belonged to prior to Gold’s. LOVE it. What I really want to do is take the hard core kickboxing classes at a boxing gym or martial arts studio. :)
