I’ve made a blanket, which is pretty, but one end is much wider than the other. Now I’m close to finishing a hooded jacket. Looking okay so far. Want to move onto something more challenging next.

Not planning on doing this in my next (3rd) half-marathon. Would be nice, but doesn’t seem very likely! Will aim to complete it without injury, unlike last time.
Think they helped a lot. One of the main things was recognising that I’m normal and that I shouldn’t feel so ashamed of my negative emotions.
