Practice Yoga Regularly

Ever since I started practicing yoga regularly I quit smoking, stopped (for now anyway) drinking coffee and I’m less stressed out in general. The benefits of yoga though are really subtle so you are not exactly sure if anything is really happening but it is. It’s like when you look at shapes in the clouds that are slowly changing…you look away for a moment and then when you look back they have completely transformed into something else.
