Yup thats right I want my old body back. Over the last couple of years I have put on some pounds, well more like a spare tire around my waist. I now work a 15 hour day at a desk. Yes I do blame my work for it, as I am no longer active. I make much more money now, but I was in much better shape and happier with my body when I worked retail and made half the money. I would like to at least lose 15 pound by June….I am standing in a bridal party and we have to wear a little black dress. One in which my spare tire sticks out like a sore thumb. Does anyone have any excersie programs that you can do at home?????

I think that the best way to learn about the world and more importantly yourself is to meet new people. I have to say that I am not always the best at meeting new people. I tend to shut people out or keep my distance. I would like to meet as many new people from different places as possible. The more people you talk to, the more ideas and stories you will hear. I would love to just spend a year travelling around the world, sitting and listening to different peoples stories.
I love to draw and in the last six months I have slowly picked up painting. Mine you I am no great painter or anything, But I do love to paint. There is something about taking a blank canvas and creating something that is magical to me. I just can explain the release I feel when I can get things out on canvas. The final product really does show whats inside of me at that moment. I don’t get to paint everyday, not even every week. But one day, when I don’t have to work so much, or think that I have to work so much, I will spend a little time each day dipping my brush in the paint and making the smooth brush strokes until I have what I consider to be my master piece.
