Jack White is like a switch. When he sets foot on stage he is just on. Meg is a great compliment to his antics on stage. His intensity is unmatched. She’s a doll and he’s the man. You just can’t lose with that combination. I’ve seen them 3 times.

I spent nearly 2 months this summer (05) traveling trough: London, Paris, Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Salzburg, Lugano, Venice, and Florence. By far this was the greatest thing I’ve done in my life. The first 5 weeks i spent backpacking on my own (definately the best way to go, esp. if your single) through England, France, Germany, and the Czech Rep. The final 2 1/2 weeks my sister joined me and we had a great time but the trip wasn’t as challenging as she speaks and understands some German and Italian. I’m also a bit old compared to the usual backpacking crowd (29) but i never felt out of place at the hostels I stayed in. (Just pick the right ones!) People ask me which was my favorite place to visit and I tell them that’s not really a good question because I loved all the places I visited for many different reasons. Obviously a city like Berlin is much different than Paris in history and design so you learn to love each one for what it is. I also took over 1600 pictures while I was there and decided to go back to school for photography.
