I just finished reading “Lolita” by Vladimir Nabokov. It’s a crazy book about a crazy subject, but it was very well written. I suppose that if a book can make you actually upset then it is doing a good job.
Definitely a recommended read.

How I did it: I just put all of my CDs on an iPod and started listening to them alphabetically by CD title (this prevented me from listening to a band like Tool for weeks straight). I have a lot of CDs, but I finally finished today. I ended up getting rid of about 80 CDs that made me question my previous taste in music, but on the whole it was a good time and it was fun to listen to some things I haven't heard in 10 years or so. Read how I did it…
I went to six concerts in the last six days. Needless to say, I’m very tired and very happy!
166 total concerts!
I went to These Arms Are Snakes last Saturday at Will’s Pub in Orlando and yesterday I saw the U2 / Muse show in Tampa. You can’t get much different than those two shows with one having about 50 people at it and the other having about 50,000 people at it.
I’ll take the 50 people any day…
That said, I’m not up to 160 concerts! Only 40 more!
