It’s not walking in high heels that’s tough on me, it’s walking DOWN the stairs in high heels.. I can’t do so without holding on to someone.. sometimes not even a banister will do.. Also, carrying anything heavy while having heels on is terrifying.. example: a tray. I need to practice.
