Hmm. It would be good for me to do this. 20 months ago

I’ll start by improving my diet again. Six months ago I was doing so well, but I’ve gotten back into some old bad habits that I need to break…

It has been a long time since I was this focused. I want to 20 months ago

get back on track, and make this goal a priority. It will take several steps and transitions to get into the excellent shape that I want to be in… I’ll get there.



find people to look up to/find a mentor
I think I've met two people here that I can 20 months ago

look up to. They inspire me for all the right reasons. They are both two different women in their 50s. One is a world traveler, professional RVer, always optimistic, so friendly, and fun. The other is an extreme athlete, business owner, and gorgeous. I hope to get to know them both better and learn from them.
