How I did it: It was easy...summer came and re-runs started. I had seen everything so I didn't need to watch it. I took the tv we had in our bedroom and gave it away. I didn't read about new shows coming in the fall and didn't watch any so I wouldn't get hooked again. The odd time I flip it on in the middle of the night while feeding my baby because he likes the background noise and it helps me stay awake, but that's it! Read how I did it…
How I did it: After two miscarriages, we finally gave birth to a beautiful baby boy named Truman on Sept. 18th, 2009. I am the LUCKIEST woman alive!!! I am 37 years old and this is my first baby, hopefully not my last. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Read about it on the website, downloaded the right forms and filled them out! I also talked to others that had to work thru it. I was determined not to pay someone else to do my taxes and just broke it down to simple steps and followed them. Read how I did it…

my six week waiting period is up after having baby Truman. Time to work out! I still have to be careful but Monday I start Yoga and Aquafit. Today I’m going to go grocery shopping for healthy food. Not that I’ve been eating bad at all, but I need more veggies in the house. I take my measurements and weigh myself today, YIKES!! In one month I hope to be posting good progress, but good or bad, the journey is starting!
So I’m not the quickest at getting my goals accomplished, but slowly they are. I went out and bought an awesome yoga video and have been watching it every night. All I’ve been doing is watching, no exercising yet!! however, I did just have a baby a month ago and am not allowed to jump right into anything until my OB says it’s ok, so I’m learning the poses by watching so I’ll be ready to go when I do start. SO once I get going (I plan to do 25 mins every morning and 25 mins at night, there are two workouts on the dvd) I will cross taking up yoga off my list, hooray!!!
