I reckon there are no safe havens for investments at the moment, apart from making good karma by donating to charities. I am taking the opportunity now because there might be hyperinflation soon.

How I did it: Also I calculated that I am only 10% taller than the average man and 10% lighter. I improved my posture with the Alexander Technique. I bought a large jacket from a charity store which makes me look bigger. I'm attending a Respite Center twice a week which is helping my self-esteem. Read how I did it…

Some people find sitting lovingkindness meditation in the early morning is what is best. I am a night owl, so reciting the Ratana Sutta at midnight could help.
