I reckon there are no safe havens for investments at the moment, apart from making good karma by donating to charities. I am taking the opportunity now because there might be hyperinflation soon.



do lovingkindness in the best way I know how
late night Buddhist prayer 2 months ago

My co-owner of my Buddhaviharas Yahoo Group posted a special request for prayers for her son. I helped in the best way I knew how which was to research appropriate posts about lovingkindness for people with physical problems.
Some people find sitting lovingkindness meditation in the early morning is what is best. I am a night owl, so reciting the Ratana Sutta at midnight could help.
