My old boss has been fired after some troubles in management and custommer relationship. I ‘ve immediately receveid the free position. Now I’m quality manager with direct responsible of 16 people. After 6 months the I have the feedback.

Now the situation is unclever – He mantains the position in my office with several bad comments on company and superiors.

I ‘ve receveid a dicrete increase of salary , but the stress is increased too much and relation with colleagues is partially changed.
