i got mine yesterday, it was really simple, the guy lectured me about care for half an hour before, washed his hands, sterilized my ear, told me he was going to check my ear for something and tricked me when he put the neele in for the first hole. it was pretty shocking, then he did the second hole and it hurt a bit more but it was great! It’s completely worth it
