I don’t go out to eat it every week so when I do I make up for lost time! I make it at home as well.

Why am I finding this difficult?

I’m up for being away by myself and have done it lots of times for work. I love the idea of lying in the sun, learning about my surroundings at my own pace, reading and listening to every song on my ipod.

The only thing stopping me is eating alone in the evenings. I reckon I’d feel awkward and would think that people were staring and feeling sorry for me, even though I know it’s more likely that hardly anyone would notice.



go to bed and go to sleep, instead of lying in bed for hours staring at the ceiling because my brain won’t stop
So relieved it's not just me...

Either I’m stressing about work to the point where I’m inventing problems that don’t exist, or a random song jumps in my head and won’t go away – at the moment it’s Run by Gnarls Barclay.

Then I wake up at least 4 times a night and panic that I won’t get back to sleep….......

I’m going to give exercising in the evening a go to see if that helps
