I guess this is not a fully completed goal since I dont run my business full time, it is very gratifying though and I do believe that once i have the chance to work on this every day, it will be a lot more fulfilling and inspiring. My business is a photography and design studio and at the same time is my passion!

How I did it: I have always loved animals and I can't stand animal abuse or abandonment. Especially with pets, because they are domesticated animals who can't exactly survive by themselves. Around my neighborhood someone drove by one day and dropped a puppy out to the street. I didn't get to see him until days later, when he was cold, hungry and scared of the streets. He was almost run over by cars a few times and since it had been raining, he was all … Read how I did it…
How I did it: I had never been too much of a blogger, but after thinking about something I really wanted to share, I figured my photography would be a good idea. I've had it for a couple of months and even though I don't post something every day, I still keep it in mind to post any new adventures I go on -photographic adventures that is. If you want to see my blog, you can go to http://www.bluesparkphotography.com Read how I did it…
How I did it: I have always been pretty scared of heights and I'm not too big on "extreme" adventures and even though this is not the most extreme, I thought it was!! I took a trip with my sister down to Key West this weekend and we decided that we were going to do something that we had never done before, the result: Parasailing. I have to say I was VERY nervous and anxious before take off but once our feet were off the boat and we were taken up high i… Read how I did it…

I have come to realize that worrying about anything at all is a waste of time, there are certain things that just aren’t under our control and the fact that we worry about them is not going to change anything. The things we have control over? well that is a different story, we can actually do something about them and therefore there is no need to worry. A very good friend of mine sent me this quote by Ghandi and I think it made me realize that there is a lot to the word “faith”. I proclaim myself to believe in God, yet sometimes I doubt his power over the things that I have no control over. What a shame.
There is nothing that wastes the body like worry, and one who has any faith in God should be ashamed to worry about anything whatsoever. Mohandas Gandhi.
so i finally decided to join a gym with regular bootcamp classes and have committed myself to waking up early in the morning to go train for a full hour, an hour that includes some cardio, strength training and even boxing! It’s been about a month and I have never missed a class! monday through friday sometimes on the weekends too =)
I am absolutely in love with it, and it has slowly become part of me. I am also getting results and I can tell that my body is changing, i’m getting leaner and toned, my body fat percentage dropped and it just puts me in a good mood =)
Super recommended!
