lose 50 pounds this year
190-3=187, 187-2= 185

185 pounds as of april 15… slacked off exercise routine for 3 days but started exercising again today… at least redeeming myself at least for today and not succumbing to useless excuses is a progress… kublai khan is the best place for people trying to watch what they eat…. i think they’re actually better than fast food, mongolian barbecue… veggies rock!
