How I did it
How I did it: I've just continued a meatless diet. I'm still eating eggs and dairy. It's proving to be a challenge to find good fresh foods in this part of the country and other meatless options, but I'm determined to work at it. This actually started at the meditation retreat when we were eating vegetarian. It's one of the five precepts that we are supposed to follow on the path to enlightenment. Read how I did it…
