...it makes me thirsty...

I’ve been hiking and running a lot in the past two months, so it makes it easier for me to drink water. I hike in the heat of the day sometimes, so I’m always really thirsty lately…but still I don’t drink enough.
When I’m at work , I try having a cup of cold water at my desk that I remind myself to keep refilling. So far, so good for today.
I didn’t exercise yet, and I don’t think I’ll have time to today, but still…I can feel the difference even the day after I’m active.
