I love dancing.. Its just dt i dont get enuf time for it.. but i will take out time & use dancing & aerobics as regular exercise..

How I did it
How I did it: Walking & Pranayam (yoga)Drinking ample Water.. & avoid sitting while at work.. Started to take a walk on floor or corridor rather than sticking to my office chair.... Eat in small quantities.. & digest eveything u eat.. You should feel light.. I guess i will get a flat stomach to using the same funda.. :) Read how I did it…
