So not sure if this is a goal per se but I’m finally doing it on a regular basis…I hope to stick to this. It’s a lot of fun but somewhat expensive =0

How I did it: I took a Kaplan class a year ago. It was good but since I wasn't serious about taking GMAT I never really studies on my own or ended up taking it. This year I forced myself into it. I went through all study sessions in Kaplan and did practice problems. It really helped me with math questions that I completely forgot. But otherwise math was easy. I did Official guide problems almost all for math and Sentence correction (since it is my weak spot) Read how I did it…
How I did it: After getting into hospital, I just reassessed my health. I started working out more (pretty much every day) and eat smaller portions. Key here is to have snacks so you can stop yourself at lunch and say if i'm still hungry, I'll finish this at 2 pm.Really no gimmicks or magic diets. I think I’m doing much better at this. I’ve been using tonic and moisturizer regularly and I think they help a lot…I’ve been avoiding dairy most days too but still can’t decide if it makes it worse or not
My last ski trip I conquered blue hills at Mt Snow. So proud of myself! My goal is now to go more frequently next year and may be try blacks!
