How I did it: Well how I did it, was I got a highly active, large breed dog... part German Shepherd/Golden Retriever. So he needs a lot of exercise. I've been wanting to be more fit, so what better excuse to do it than "got to walk the dog." I averaged 20800 the first week, and averaged 32000 the next. Read how I did it…
well since fall and winter are closing in fast, i don’t think i’ll be able to get to ride my bike to work this year much. so i bought an exercise bike that went on clearance, so now i can build up my endurance for next year!
here’s something interesting, the FDA controls water bottling companies. And the EPA controls the water cleaning plants for tap water. Only the FDA does not have the same rules that the EPA has, therefore your bottled water you are drinking, may not be as clean as you are lead to believe. still, it’s better for you than pop.
