beginnertriathlete.com has a GREAT training log online, complete with graphical reports, etc. The best part is that it’s FREE =)

SO WORTH IT 16 months ago

Definitely the blisters hurt like hell, but it was so satisfying to know that I could complete a 12 mile hike into the Arkansas woods.

(no need to mention the emergency pick-up ride out of said woods the next morning.)

Went today. Biked and swam. Feel pretty good about it.

I’ve got two more days this week to meet this goal.

Oh, how I love summer. I really do.
