I the past couple of months i realised that i become atached to my house. Bad, bad, bad habit. So i thought o selling it.
This week i riched the necessary level of energy to do it.
Remains to find what i want: a house at countryside or an apartment in our NGO house ? I tend for the later, i’m more comfortable with the first. Also i thought of finding a house near Brasov, and i felt that Firenze is the next step. Should i talk with the italian retail operations consulting co. ? or with an time-sharing management/ consulting co. like that one from Spain ?

I jogg since spring. Now i’m satisfied with my tonus and aerobic resistance. I run 2 reps x 5 laps = 3 300 m. Probably i’ll settle for 5 reps x 5 laps. We talk to do some freerunnig too, when we’ll be in better shape. Nice for an 35 y old ? By the way i meet an 70+something guy that runs till i get tired watching him. :p Hope i’ll do better ! :)) I’d like to run with my family and friends, not alone like him.
I jump rope to relax and diversify my aerobic program.
I go once a week to do aiki-waza with training partners. I’m mentally ready to improve again (i.e. even i was in reumatic pain, i observed that i can do better be kneeling with the opposite foot i was doing; i was doing same hand, same knee = waiting the proper momment to counteratack & preparing for it, rather than “riding the wave” = let the atacker find for himself that he is having an unnecessary outburst), after a long time of “robotic” training. I control me ego better, since my “training enemies” are acting good to me. I’m looking for the proper way and momment to approach an tai-chi trainer for doing touishou (pushing hands) togheter.
