I’m at 224lbs (scale at the gym)
Yesterday was my last day of slacking and eating junk.
Back to the gym on a consisten basis, and I’ll start to eat a healtier diet.
Wish me luck!

How I did it: I put an offer on a house we liked, the offer was accepted, but the seller took way too much time to get the house ready to close (it was a foreclosure) Since Wells Fargo was the seller, we went with them for the loan as well. That was a bad choice, since we had to endure Wells Fargo inconpetence from two sides, the lender and the seller. They didn't communicate between them. I frequently had to forward emails betw… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I stopped drinking soda, so I had to drink water... or die of thirst! as easy as that... :D Read how I did it…
How I did it: I didn't buy any more soda. There is no soda at my house, plain and simple... So I had to drink water... as easy as that. I had to fight a few times the temptation at the store (wow, four 12 can packs for only 10 bucks!!!) but it was not as hard as I feared. Read how I did it…

I would like to dress as a Spartan warrior for next Halloween (2010)
I’m 36 years old, 6’2” and I weight around 220 lbs. I would like to lose 30lbs of fat, and put some muscle. A six pack is mandatory, or at least, well defined abs.
On Monday March 30 I did “maximum reps” on the pull ups – push ups.
I barely finish the first half, and I was sore for two days (I couldn’t do anything) On thursday I did the cardio routine of hip hop abs.
That On Sunday April 5th I played basketball after aproximately 10 years. I was in pretty bad shape on next monday, so I kept doing the hip hop abs. I was about to wait until the next monday(Apr 13th), but I decided that I will just “move” the monday to Friday(yesterday). I did only ten reps of the push-ups/pull ups routine, and I was fine. Today I tried to to the plyometrics. I run out out “fuel” after only 30 minutes… with 28 remaining!
My legs are killing me… Tony was like “now jump this way!” and I could barely take my feet off the floor…
I’ll fall back to Power90 3-4, and stick to it until I can do it without effort(at least one month, I guess). P90x seems to be too much for me on my actual shape.
I’m not giving up, but I need to get in better shape before I can try P90x again.
I’m 35 years old, 6’2”, 205 lbs, and I need to do an “strategic re-group” to attack P90x again…
