I did this by:

1. Becoming vegetarian.
2. Limiting drinking to once every two weeks.
3. Going to the gym every day.

There is no easy way around it. Fortunately most of my weight was the result of bad habits in college – I didn’t need to majorly change my eating habits, just cut out the meat I was using as a comfort food.
