How I did it: I remembered to stop on the way home from work and buy a playcid aka sucker fish/algea eater. I got a little one and named him Spunky because he was hard to catch. He's got plenty to eat right now. My tank is covered in algae. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Things got so bad I was 3 months behind on my rent and none of the bills were current. I took out a loan against my 401k. Luckily I asked for the max loan just as the market took a nose dive. I do not recommend this for everyone. I luckily have about 20 years before retirement so it's not complete suicide. 187 lbs. Too many beers again last night.
Lunch & breakfast are no problem. When the sun goes down it get harder. And the days are shorter now. =) I know, excuses, excuses…
Weighed this morning at 186.6 lbs.
Weight is going down. I guess cutting back on the food is helping. I guess I’m cutting back on beer but not much. If I could only get my ass into the gym.
Went to a very professional breakfast meeting this morning. I could definitely tell my “Cred” would be skyrocketing if I were to trim down. I’m not bad looking… Motivation!
