definitely good to be flexible and strong… good for work, good for sports, good for sex, good for health, good for balance, and good for probably a hundred million other things in life that i don’t care to waste any more time listing. ;)

i’m already a ninja as it is. i’d like to learn any martial art, pretty much… wushu, tae kwon do, jiujitsu, ninjitsu, kajukenbo, judo, muay thai, capoeira, or anything else that comes to mind. which one should i choose?

the dominant culture is unsustainable…it’s violently and poisonously killing the planet & life as we know it. as opposed to raping earth for it’s ‘resources’ like people do now, human beings lived in harmony and respect with the animals and the land for hundreds of thousands of years.
