I have signed up for a 5k race in Indy in May!!! I’m excited to finally accomplish this. Last week I ran 4.5 miles so I think this should really be a piece of cake :))
This was a great week of fitness goals for me. I finally ran 5k this week on Thursday. This morning I ran 5k again and clocked a time of 27:56.0 which I think is very respectable for my age group :)) I believe with some training I can drop the time down a bit. Now I just have to choose which race I will run to accomplish my goal of running a 5k
