This week Ive started somewhat of a ruetine. I’ve been waking up at 545 and drinking a glass of water… then….YOGA!!! not intense crazy yoga but nice stretches and things to warm my body up and get ready for my day.
But I thought that was pretty cool. I’d like to start taking a class.
I want to take yoga. tai chi. zumba. AND ballroom. some once a week. some once a month or so.. but I would definitly like to be more active in more interesting ways.
For my little sisters 14th birthday I got us a trail ride. Not on the beach :( lol but hey thats ok! We plan on having a good time!
