Our oldest son is sleeping wonderfully. We are still adjusting his bedtime some, making it earlier seems to make him sleep even better! Our middle child has made progress, he will sometimes go to sleep on his own in his own bed. I am going to work on making that more routine. Our daughter is almost 16 months old now and I am working on fixing the bad habits that I have let her slip into. She seems to be handling the changes I am trying to make with less resistance than I expected so I think we are on the right track.

we are getting out more

We are getting out more as a family. Before I started trying to get healthy it just seemed easier to stay home most of the time. Our oldest son has also started kindergarten this year. The other kids and I really miss him during the school day. We have been making the time with each other a lot more special for a while now. Life is good. Now we are working on teaching him to read :)
