i'm at week two and down 2 lbs. 13 months ago

i have to keep it up! The main thing I’ve been doing is cutting out those starchy foods at night, and keeping my protein up with a shake sometime during the day. The carbs I eat during breakfast and lunch are ok, whole wheat, fruits and veggies. Only veggies and protein at night I still eat sweets but try to eat them before dinner. Trying for lots of water too! Sassy water is great!

learn guitar
i need a guitar now 13 months ago

I had a left-handed guitar and started taking lessons but it’s too hard to reverse the music. So I will learn again on a righty…eventually.
