i have to keep it up! The main thing I’ve been doing is cutting out those starchy foods at night, and keeping my protein up with a shake sometime during the day. The carbs I eat during breakfast and lunch are ok, whole wheat, fruits and veggies. Only veggies and protein at night I still eat sweets but try to eat them before dinner. Trying for lots of water too! Sassy water is great!

How I did it
How I did it: We hiked into little yosemite and camped, hiked up early the next day and down and out right after. I tried to keep the pack light, but it was hard to get up the waterfalls. Definitely worth the waterfalls route! Go slow and enjoy the sights. Read how I did it…
