simple, but really sums it up i think. my “losing phase” will be over in 12 days time, and i’m ready to go into the next phase which is a healthy and balanced lifestyle when it comes to eating. the best thing losing weight taught me was that it’s not a disaster and not deprivation if i don’t have takeaway every single day, or i don’t have a chocolate bar with EVERY cup of coffee, that these things are good in moderation and i can live fine with that.
