I really just want to lose 10 pounds but the reality is I need to lose more. But if I look at it that way it becomes so overwhelming that I just give up. I wanted to cheat the process and have the surgery but I have watched 6 people have that horrible surgery and then gain part of not all of the weight back. Thinking about it as more than 10 pounds is scary…so here it is…I want to lose 10 pounds…And every time I do I am going to re-add this to my list and hopefully I will get through adding it 20 times…and maybe I will add it 25 times and look fantastic…and if I do 10 pounds 20 times, then maybe I can really do half the other things on my list.
So I get a small pat on the back…I have lost 10 pounds twice already in the last month…2 down…25 more to go. I’ll be back.
