New protein powder 2 months ago

I have been using a new brand and type of protein shake also started taking it after gym rather than before. It might just be my imagination but I think I can already start seeing a difference. On week 9 of of the second 12 week plan. This one is taking a bit longer than 12 weeks to complete – very intense, but very good!

87kg ... and counting 2 months ago

My my next milestone is 90kg. Training at least 4 days a week and eating at least 3 protein based meals a day. It is definitely going to happen!
