...said Bridget Fonda in Quentin Tarantinos Film Jacky Brown (I also highly recommend the soundtrack of the film) but it is not the most healthful substance in the world and during my office sessions I sometimes have too much of it.
This goal relates to my January habit to drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day.
Today I found this little article about establishing 12 habits in 1 year (one each month), which is IMO worth a read for everyone with that goal on his list…
I’ll add this to my daily routine starting tomorrow.
