I’ve finished Dune Messiah, and am working my way through Children of Dune. These are entertaining reads, so it’s not difficult, but they are dense and I am a slow reader. Just a matter of perserverance now.

I got to surf! Visited my friend Pablo in SD and we took a lesson together. By the end I was paddling and doing my own starts and standing and riding it in! Fantastic. I was also dead tired and sore, but that was also sweet feeling.
