Zen-styled poetic terrorism 2 years ago

Staying at the San Francisco Zen Center, the day before their monthly intensive meditation began, I stayed up really late until they were all asleep, and wrote inspirational phrases like “You are Buddha in this moment!” “You are beautiful!” on little blank cards.

It’s a zen temple, so everybody keeps their shoes outside their rooms.

So I left them in all their shoes, and put one in mine as well so I wouldn’t be suspected. Muahahahha.

Life is gorgeous!

smoke out in an amsterdam coffee shop
Hit the G13 Haze 2 years ago

G13 IS available in amsterdam, it wasn’t invented for the movie “American Beauty.” There is truly no paranoia, no lethargy or overwhelming/distracting sensations. If you make it to amsterdam, it’s not worth your time to smoke anything else.

live in prague
Hostels have the info 2 years ago

Prague is the most amazing city in europe, no contest. If you want to live there, and you aren’t rich, hang out in hostels. I spent some time hanging out at A&O hostel in the Holecovice suburb, only a couple tram stops from the center, and ended up meeting expats who let me crash at their apartment filled with crazy dreadlocked czech people, free of charge! It was amazing. I slept on the floor on cushions next to a siberian husky with mismatched eyes. My point is, Prague is a beautiful and artistic city with plenty of life in it, despite it’s tourist-overrun downtown quarter. Hang out in the hostels and talk to everyone. You’ll eventually gain a circle of friends who can get you in.
