I’ve been practicing some forms of qi-gong meditation for a few months now, and I’m noticing huge changes. Less headaches, less tension, less anxiety, and more control of my thoughts, fears, etc.
I am looking forward to delving more deeply into my practice.

it can be so healing and freeing.
i sing for a living, and it has become more of a chore and place of stress for me lately- it’s been about meeting expectations, and being what people want to see and hear in me. but I really want to get back to the root of it. Singing should be nothing but enjoyable. I want to sing from my heart, and for my heart. I want to create magic.
