173 lbs today. I don’t know that I really need to lose 30 pounds, although that would be nice, but I can’t seem to get away from 174 pounds. I didn’t work out for three weeks ate disgustingly and still weigh the same as I did before Christmas. Which is a good thing on the one hand, but my body just doesn’t want to stray too far away from 174 pounds no matter what I do, good or bad.
