Have stuck with the weight lose. After speaking with my doctor, I have settled on a different goal weight, 162 pounds. As of tonight’s Weight Watchers meeting, I have reached my goal of 162 pounds, losing a total of 27.4 pounds. Now I just need to maintain that weight lose for the rest of my life! Oh crap, I guess I have a new goal.

Finally, after losing 25.4 pounds, I am finally within my normal weight range according to my BMI of 25. I am no longer overweight! Only 7 pounds left to hit my goal weight.
